At Deluxe Law Chambers, we are clear and open about our immigration lawyer costs. We operate mainly on a fixed fee basis. At the start of your matter, we will tell you what it will cost. If you want more detailed advice, we offer a one-off advice service for a fixed fee.

The fixed fee will only change if there are substantial changes in your circumstances which need significant extra work or you instruct us for a different matter. Otherwise, the fixed fee is what you will pay.

Fee Scale Deluxe Law Chambers

This fee scale details our fees for all immigration advice and services that we are registered to provide to our clients. Our fixed fee varies depending on your immigration history and is excluding VAT.

The fixed fee includes All attendances, written and telephone correspondence with the client and relevant 3rd parties; consideration, preparation, and submission of application and relevant supporting documents. Copies of documents and postage.

The fee may vary if your application is straightforward or complicated.

Home Office Fee:

The Home Office fee is separate, and the client will directly pay the Home Office fee to the Home Office. We do not take any disbursements

VAT:

Please be advised that our VAT number is 468299727. In the event that we are advising on a matter that will be dealt with from within the UK, VAT will be applicable on our fees. Conversely, if the matter will be dealt with from outside the UK, VAT will not be applicable.

VAT is not applicable to all the cases and we charge VAT according to the VAT rules.
